One year in gERMANY
Why spend 1 year in Germany? For us, it was an opportunity to fulfil several wishes: to work in a foreign country (without even knowing the language), but also and above all to discover the local culture and customs by being ‘Dresdeners’ for four seasons.
Although Germany is not that far from home, Dresden is still one of the most easterly cities in Germany, with a very different atmosphere from the big cities of the West.
Because of its location, Dresden attracts few French people. Having had our own difficulties in finding information about the city and real testimonials from French travellers, we decided to create this website. It’s an opportunity to share with you our recommendations on Dresden’s best places, but also for other cities in Germany, thanks to our little trips in this big journey.
